1. What we do (description of products and services)
Grow Health Store is an online store specialising in the sale of non-perishable health food products, natural supplements, and body care products.
2. Agreement of Sale
An agreement of sale between Grow Health Store and a customer is only valid once the customer has made payment for the goods and Grow Health Store receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of Grow Health Store.
3. Product availability and provision of goods
Stock of all items listed for sale on the online store is subject to supplier availability. Grow Health Store will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that their suppliers have access to sufficient stock when listing an item for sale on their website, or when running a promotion on a product. In the event that Grow Health Store is unable to fulfil any order at the advertised price due to stock shortages, they will inform the customer via email, and the customer will be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value they have paid for the product. Refunds will be issued to the customer in full within 30 days of being notified of the stock shortage.
Grow Health Store reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur in the event of stock shortages, or if the quality of goods received from the supplier does not meet Grow Health Store’s standards. In the event of an order cancellation, the customer will be refunded in full within 30 days.
4. Delivery policy
Grow Health Store will endeavour to deliver all customer orders within 7-14 working days of the cut- off date for each monthly order cycle. Any unforeseen delays in procuring stock will be communicated to the customer. If a delivery is delayed, this will not constitute grounds for a refund.
All orders are dispatched via a courier service.
Grow Health Store will not be held responsible for delays in deliveries due to customer unavailability to receive the goods at the delivery address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they provide the correct delivery address, and that there is at all times someone available at the address provided to sign for and take receipt of the goods.
The customer accepts that delivery of an order has taken place once a person at the delivery address has signed for the delivery, and not when the actual customer who placed the order personally takes possession of the delivery.
A customer may contact Grow Health Store to make amendments to their delivery address before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched to the courier service, no amendments to delivery addresses can be made.
5. Refund and return policy
Grow Health Store offers refunds under the following circumstances:
- Products damaged during transit – if the customer receives a product in a damaged state, they will be eligible for a full refund. The customer is required to log a return request with Grow Health Store via email within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Grow Health Store will arrange collection of the goods for inspection, and should the goods be deemed eligible for a refund based on Grow Health Store’s inspection, the customer will be refunded in full within 30 days of the inspection date.
- Unwanted products – If a customer wishes to return goods they purchased due to personal preference, they are eligible to notify Grow Health Store of their intent to return the goods via email within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers will only be eligible for a refund if the product is sealed in its original packaging (i.e. never been opened), and in a suitable condition for reselling. Product returns for unwanted goods are at the customer’s own expense; it is the customer’s responsibility to correctly package the unwanted goods to ensure there is no damage during transit and return them to Grow Health Store’s premises (via courier or personal delivery). Should a customer wish to return an opened/used product due to dissatisfaction, Grow Health Store will pass the customer feedback on to the supplier of the product; it is up to the supplier’s discretion whether to issue a refund or exchange for the faulty product – Grow Health Store will not be liable to refund the customer for opened/used unwanted products.
- Out of stock products – Should Grow Health Store run out of stock and not be able to obtain an ordered and paid for product from their suppliers within a reasonable time frame, they will issue a refund for that item. Grow Health Store does not issue full order refunds if some products are out of stock – the rest of the order will still be processed and delivered. In the event of stock shortages, Grow Health Store will notify the customer as soon as they become aware of the stock shortage.
Grow Health Store does not currently offer product exchanges; if a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase for any of the reasons stated above, following the correct returns procedures, a refund will be issued in full.
6. Payment options and security
Grow Health Store accepts payments made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the Grow Health Store bank account. Banking details will be provided to the customer upon checkout.
Grow Health Store’s transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

8. Suitable website use
This website may be used by customers to browse products and other content for educational, informative, or purchasing-related reasons, as well as to purchase products. This website may not be used to make fraudulent transactions, or for the purposes of copying, reproducing, republishing or redistributing the information on the website (including written content or images) without Grow Health Store’s express consent.
9. Choice of Law
This website is controlled, operated and administered by Grow Health Store from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. The user may not use this website in violation of South African commercial or export laws and regulations. If the user accesses this website from locations outside of South Africa, that user is responsible for compliance with all local laws. These terms & conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any of the provisions of these terms & conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these terms & conditions, and the remainder of these terms & conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms & conditions constitute the entire agreement between the provider and the user with regard to the use of the content and this website.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Grow Health Store reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions or the whole of these terms & conditions at its sole discretion, from time to time without notice. It is the user’s obligation to periodically check these terms and conditions for changes or updates.

Grow Health Store strives to ensure that all the content provided on this website is accurate and up to date, however, content is provided on an “as is” basis, and may at times include typographical, visual, technical, or informational errors. Grow Health Store makes no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content.
